Surrey, BC – September 18, 2025 – Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC) is proud to announce the launch of Métis Prosperity Group (MPG), the Nation’s inaugural economic development arm. This new entity will focus on building long-term prosperity for Métis Citizens through strategic partnerships, investments, and ventures in Canada and internationally.
The creation of Métis Prosperity Group marks a historic milestone for Métis Citizens in BC. The new development corporation will enable MNBC to pursue innovative business opportunities and expand the potential to generate wealth, support better economic outcomes, and contribute to increasing self-determination for Métis Citizens.
